What will I actually work on?
Through Joshua-led exercises, you’ll reflect on 2026, explore the habits and expectations that may be holding you back, and consider what you want to carry into the holiday season and 2027. There’s room for personal intentions and goals, with the focus on honest exploration and greater alignment. What emerges will be personal to you.
How do the wellness practices fit in?
Breathwork, Qi Gong, sound healing, yoga, and meditation support the reflection and workshop process. They create time to slow down, notice what’s coming up, and connect with yourself between conversations and guided exercises.
How deep or intense will it be?
Come ready to reflect honestly and engage with the workshops. There will be guided exercises and meaningful conversation, alongside quiet time, ocean time, laughter, and celebration. You choose what you share; there’s room to participate at your own pace.
Where are we going?
El Sanctuario Baja in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. A private beach on the Sea of Cortez, with beachfront glamping included in your retreat.
Is it safe?
Yes. We travel together on a private shuttle straight from San Diego to the venue and back, so there’s no navigating on your own. El Sanctuario Baja is a private beach with 24/7 security, and our crew is with the group the whole weekend. It’s a very safe place to relax and be present.
When is the retreat?
November 5–8, 2026: Thursday through Sunday. We depart San Diego Thursday morning and plan to arrive back in San Diego early Sunday afternoon.
Who is this for?
Jewish young professionals and couples ready to reflect on their lives, deepen their Jewish connection, and approach the holiday season and 2027 with more alignment and purpose. Come with curiosity and a willingness to engage, whether you’re new to Coastal Tribe or already part of the community.
How do we get there?
It’s easy: meet us in San Diego and we’ll take care of the ride. A private shuttle takes the group to El Sanctuario on Thursday morning, November 5, and brings us back to San Diego early Sunday afternoon, November 8. Round-trip transportation is included. Exact pickup location and times will be shared ahead of departure; return timing may vary with traffic and the border crossing.
